David Capurso is a seasoned actors' director with a strong visual style.
His commercial experience includes clients such as Bacardi Rum Lipton-Unilever, the Clorox company, Tommy Hilfiger and HBO. He has directed music videos for Universal, Sony Music, Warner and Palm Pictures, many of which reached the top ten on MTV international, and one of which received a billboard nomination for "best video for new artist."
David's critically acclaimed sci-fi short Against the Wall received two Maverick Movie Award Nominations and was widely distributed, including on NBC Universal's G4TV Network and Stan Lee's World of Heroes channel. I am Julia, a short drama about high school bullying, won the short film award at the Mexico International Film festival. The United Nations also selected I am Julia to screen as part of their peace project initiative.
